Political comedies (like VEEP but happier), female-driven dramas (ala BIG LITTLE LIES), Ensemble dramas/family dramas, superhero tv series, sports TV and movies (female FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS!), romcoms for streaming, light soapy dramas (GREY'S ANATOMY, etc)
Not a big straight-up horror fan/don't feel I'm as well versed in the structure.
Anna is a screenwriter who got her start in the genre space and loves writing issue-driven stories that tend to center around female protagonists. She's a graduate of UCLA, USC School of Cinematic Arts and the WB TV Writers' Workshop. Her TV credits include the CW series SUPERGIRL and she has developed projects in the past with Warner Bros, Alloy Entertainment, Intrigue Entertainment and more. She's currently developing a series with Don Cheadle's Radicle Act and working on developing an exciting book to screen project. In addition to screenwriting, Anna is also developing two podcast projects and is one of the hosts of the nonpartisan political podcast Political Playlist Happy Hour which discusses the youngest members of the U.S. Congress. When she's not writing (or hosting) Anna is an avid athlete, surfing, boxing, and doing triathlons.
