Nick Richey is an award-winning independent filmmaker. His writer/director debut, Low Low, received critical acclaim from NPR, LA Times and Variety and was released theatrically with Gravitas Ventures and is streaming on Paramount+. Nick recently had a television series titled BEDLAM in development at CBS Studios and another series titled THE MONTEGO BAY SWEEPSTAKES in development at ABC Studios. He co-wrote ROOM 203, released theatrically in April 2022 by Vertical Entertainment. His sophomore writing/directing effort, 1-800-HOT-NITE had its world premiere at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in 2022, won the audience award at Dances With Films, was in competition at Deauville Festival du Americain and was the closing night marquee film at the Austin Film Festival. 1-800-HOT-NITE was released domestically by Quiver Distribution. He is now entering pre-production on his third feature film, BITS, BODY AND BONES with Javon “Wanna” Walton (HBO's Euphoria) attached to play the role of ‘Ricky’.
