DALE JANDA is an LGBTQ+ writer who holds an MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute, where two of his short films were produced. Dale also holds a BA in Theatre and an MS Ed. in Elementary Education. He recently retired from teaching in an at-risk elementary school near Palm Springs, CA, where he resides. A native Chicagoan, Dale is a loyal Cubs fan and a deep-dish pizza connoisseur. In his writing, Dale often explores themes of loss and personal redemption in character-driven drama with social relevance.
