Emmy-award winning writer/producer/director DENISE PAPAS MEECHAN, P.G.A., traded the hipster streets of Brooklyn for a macadamia nut farm in Hawai‘i. Her short film FRECKLES premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and her latest script was fast-tracked into development by the ‘Ohina Filmmakers Lab. As the former producer of television shows FASHION POLICE and FULL FRONTAL FASHION, she is as comfortable on the red carpet as she is tackling criminal issues in her work at the Hawaiian Courts. If asked, she’ll tell you she takes her stories dark, her comedy dry and her action bloody.
