GENIE LESLIE is a screenwriter and copywriter who, after a year and half of traveling the country, has recently settled in Atlanta. She writes comedy and romantic comedy features about the women she knows and wants to see onscreen: the childless, the questioning, the late bloomers, the LGBTQ+, the ADHD and AuDHD and autistic, the still-figuring-it-out, the little weirdos. She’s a Stowe Story Labs alum. In her advertising day job, she spends most of her time writing more women and nonbinary folks into her commercial scripts (because the men usually don’t).
