BIO
GEORGE MANO is an itinerant history and ESL professor, who has lived and worked in Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, and Kuwait. He currently lives in Japan. When he is not teaching or traveling, he is writing. He penned a novel about 18th-century Persia titled The Frankish Watchmaker, which was published in Germany by Ruhland Verlag under the title Der fränkische Uhrmacher. (Mano did the translation into German himself.) It is available on Amazon at a very reasonable price. Some of his screenplays have been finalists or semi-finalists in competitions. He has also directed some short films which are now on YouTube.
