JeEFF LOCKER is an award-winning playwright, screenwriter, and filmmaker, specializing in diverse, character-driven dramedies as well as horror. He most recently worked on a reboot of 80s horror classic HOUSE and THE NIGHT DRIVER for the creator/director of Friday the 13th, and is currently attached as head writer on a new half-hour comedy series alongside the EP of a major streaming franchise. His TV pilot SPESH made The Black List's GLAAD List and won the Atlanta Film Festival's Screenplay Competition, and the TV pilot adaptation of his Oscar-qualifying short film THE FORGOTTEN PLACE was a finalist for the ATX Television Festival. Fluent in Mandarin, Jeff studied East Asian Studies/Chinese at Yale and was a well-known TV personality in Taiwan and China for many years. Having recently written on a major new film featuring one of the world's biggest Asian stars, Jeff is particularly excited about the exponential growth in storytelling opportunities in the region.
