LYNN ESTA GOLDMAN was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She later moved to San Francisco, California, where she worked as an artist and dancer before becoming interested in film production and screenwriting. She was a finalist in the Nicholl Competition, sponsored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, with her screenplay, “On the Wing.” Her screenplay, “Angel on the Wall,” was a prior Nicholl Finalist. She has won a Gold Prize in the PAGE International Screenwriting Competition and a Grand Prize in the ScreenCraft Competition. She was accepted as a participant in The Writers Lab sponsored by Meryl Streep and Nicole Kidman. Her most recent screenplay, "Song to the Moon," is a YA Drama/Romance about four diverse high school students dealing with issues generated by the COVID pandemic and the Black Lives Matter social justice movement.
