A 2021 Stowe Story Labs alumna, OLGA HOLTZ is a trilingual and multinational writer/director/academic.

Her award-winning directorial debut "The Zahir", a magic realist short thriller, played at over 25 festivals worldwide. Her scripts placed in over 130 contests, including Austin Film Festival, WeScreenplay, PAGE Awards, Final Draft Big Break - and, each, on The Red List. Outside of film, Holtz is a professor of mathematics in Berkeley and Berlin with numerous awards and Euro 3 Mil in research funding.

Olga's writing explores follies of genius, elusiveness of belonging, and ironies of love.
