Alvie is currently the Director of Development in the film department at Will Packer Productions. Before jumping into production, he started his career at Valor entertainment, a management company with a focus on the Latino market. He’s also a founding member of the Latin Tracking Board, an organization that helps empower and employ Latinos in the entertainment industry. He's been a covering executive on films such as BEAST (Universal), DASHING THROUGH THE SNOW (Disney), PRAISE THIS (Universal) and has a Producer credit on the upcoming MTV/Paramount movie BINGED TO DEATH.
