Becca Millman started her career at UTA working in the MP Lit department, before transitioning to the development team at Searchlight where she worked on films such as OLD MAN and the GUN, FLAMIN HOT and various other development projects. Following her time at the studio she moved to Jeff Skoll's Participant, working on various film projects, before making the switch to Garrett Basch's company Dive, working on films and TV shows ranging from WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS, to RESERVATION DOGS. Becca is currently a manager of film and TV at Hunting Lane.
Becca was friendly and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. Her notes and advice were clear and helpful, and I felt like she'd really taken the time getting to know the characters and material.
