Celeste Vasquez

Celeste is a television writer who grew up in a small desert town in Los Angeles County where the only thing to do is watch television and movies. After completing undergrad at UC Berkeley she joined the Stark Producing Program at USC. Celeste began her writing career while serving as Writers’ Assistant on THE ORIGINALS, where she wrote and produced two episodes in two years before graduating to
Freeform’s SHADOWHUNTERS as a staff writer. Celeste was a Co-Executive Producer on TETON for Amazon Studios before the strike. She spent a few seasons on THE BOLD TYPE as well. Celeste has sold pitches to Disney +(DAUGHTERS OF THE MOON with Rachel Brosnahan’s Scrap Paper Pictures producing) as well as Amazon (CROSSFIRE, based on the book series by Sylvia Day).
