More about Christianne Cruz

Christianne Cruz is a creative executive with an intuition for market trends and a unique ability to cultivate emerging talents. In her current role at Brazen Entertainment, a production company that connects Asian cinema with Hollywood, she has maneuvered the world of international filmmaking over the last year.

Cruz worked for the Head of Motion Picture Literary at ICM Partners (now CAA), supporting writer/director clients like Bong Joon Ho, Tracy Oliver, Olivia Milch, Joseph Khan, and Hype Williams.

As an indie producer and filmmaker, she's mastered the art of the pitch -- and curated an impressive slate ranging from comedy to horror. She developed a feature that landed on The Black List and coached filmmakers who went on to win The Nicholl Fellowship. She set up projects at Stage 6/Sony, Foxxhole (Jamie Foxx), Incognegro (Billy Porter), and Andrew Lauren Productions. Her love for horrors led her to produce and direct a film that showed at over a dozen fests including Screamfest, Brooklyn Horror, Cinequest, and MotelX.

Cruz is committed to telling diverse stories that permeate pop culture -- from the heart, for the screen.
