Emily Kramer is the Director of Development at Academy Award-winner Florian Zeller’s production company, Blue Morning Pictures, where she oversees the development and production of film and television projects. Prior to her current role, she worked in Narrative Film at Participant, contributing to a slate of socially impactful and critically acclaimed projects.

Emily began her career at WME, where she was part of the Motion Picture Literary group and WME Independent, the agency’s film sales and financing division.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Emily graduated from Emerson College with a degree in Film Production.
