Grant Pennel is an experienced Talent Manager based in Los Angeles. Having risen from the mailroom at ICM Partners to become a junior agent in the Crossover Talent department by age 24 – following 2.5 years supporting ICM founding partner Chuck James. In May 2022, Grant transitioned to management becoming the first hire at newly launched 111 Media. With a keen eye for rising talent of all backgrounds, Grant has developed a list of exciting clients from several continents helping not only to secure opportunities on screen in Film & Television but also tailored brand/endorsement deals, Podcast launches, scripted and unscripted development, speaking engagements and beyond. A Bay Area native, Grant attended Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Finance as well as a minor in Film, Television, and Media studies.
