I have no preference between TV series or feature. I love storytelling. I love characters. Plain and simple.
I am a sucker for a good John Hughesian YA comedy or romcom.
But I also love anything for the entire family. Be it action, comedy or adventure.
That doesn't mean I only like family friendly -- cause I am so down for a great R-rated road trip or buddy-movie.
Horror.
In the last five years, Jason Ubaldi created, wrote, and show-ran two series that have been released and are currently streaming. The Emmy-nominated eight-episode YA dramedy, YOUTH & CONSEQUENCES produced by the Mark Gordon Company. And the ten-episode comedy ALL NIGHT for Hulu. In 2020, he sold a family action feature to Disney+ and wrote a series for Snapchat Originals. Most recently, he sold a family action feature to Lions Forge and just a few months ago, his HBOMax (now Max) pilot WILD LIFE was shot in New Mexico.
“(YOUTH & CONSEQUENCES) will definitely give you some major Mean Girls vibes. Viewers are in for one thrilling ride.” — Teen Vogue
“If you’ve ever wistfully wondered whether anyone will make a John Hughes movie again, this should cheer you up: Someone has. He’s Jason Ubaldi, and the movie is disguised as a 10-episode sitcom called ALL NIGHT, which rolls out on Hulu.” — TV Worth Watching
