I’m driven by compelling characters regardless of the genre in which they inhabit. I will in general give any shoe a chance and as such, maintain the ability to work within any space. I'm currently drawn to horror in television right now, both more somber in tone similar to Mike Flanagan's work and comedic similar to the work on SyFy's CHUCKY. BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER and Stephen King were formative experiences in getting me here and continue to inform my interests. History through a contemporary storytelling lens (such as NatGeo's upcoming SMALL LIGHT), action thrillers with a comedic angle, and genre that uses it as a device for speaking to humanity today (HBOMax's STATION ELEVEN and Netflix's KINGDOM) are also areas of interest.
