Michael is a Writer on the sci-fi thriller series BEACON 23, starring Lena Headey and Stephan James, created by Zak Penn (THE AVENGERS, READY PLAYER ONE) and showrun by Glen Mazzara (THE WALKING DEAD) and Joy Blake (OUTLANDER).
Prior to that, Michael's feature THIRD MAN won Screencraft's Drama Competition and was a Nicholl Fellowship Finalist. Michael has read for several prestigious screenwriting competitions and production companies.
He has an MFA in Screenwriting from USC and is repped by IAG (formerly APA) and Industry Entertainment. Prior to becoming a screenwriter, Michael worked as an attorney, predominantly in the counterterrorism space, in his homeland Australia.
