Rachel is an award-winning filmmaker with a focus on bringing the female gaze to stories and genres traditionally dominated by a male perspective. Rachel worked in LA for over a decade as an actor (where she holds credits in professional theater, film and TV), screenwriter (where she worked independently and as a writer for hire for many notable production companies), and an independent producer and director.
Rachel’s film credits include award- winning feature films DON’T PASS ME BY (Amazon, iTunes) and THE STORYTELLER (Amazon, Hallmark Movies Now), her directorial debut INGRESS (TVOD in Aug 2024) which received upward of 10 nominations in its festival run, and award-winning short film PARAMNESIA (Alamo Drafthouse Theaters, FUN SIZE HORROR VOLUME 1). Rachel recently completed the feature film INHERITANCE, which had its world premiere at Dances with Films in June of 2024 to both critical and audience acclaim. Rachel is a member of Northwest Film Forum, SAG- AFTRA and AEA.
