Shep Rosenman is a partner at the transactional entertainment law firm RLG LLP. He represents clients in motion picture, TV and new media transactions including writers, directors, actors, producers, animators, composers, authors and production companies. He has negotiated deals for actors in feature films and television series, directors of feature films and television pilots, animation voiceover deals, animation directors and producers in features and television series, writer deals in features and television series development and production (for individual projects and overall deals; for animated and live action projects), authors in publishing and movie development deals for books (with a focus on comic books, both independently published and published by major comic book publishers), feature film producers in their studio deals, development deals and financing and distribution deals domestically and internationally, and representing reality television producers, talent and production companies in all aspects of development and production of a reality series production.
An alumnus of the Wexner Heritage Foundation, Shep is the Co-Founder of LimmudLA, is the founding chair and president of Limmud North America, and currently sits as a Member of the Global Board of Limmud, an international organization dedicated to the growth of learning, volunteerism and diversity in the Jewish community. He remains active in various commuters and task forces including Pardes, the American Jewish World Service, and the American Jewish University. Shep has lectured in Bible Studies at the Ziegler Rabbinic School and the Fingerhut School of Education, both of which are at the AJU. He teaches and facilitates a variety of workshops ranging from close readings of the Bible to songwriting to best practices in organizational leadership.
