Tony Gapastione is a screenwriter, actor and director. His first feature film, Last Chance Charlene, won the audience award at the Cinequest Film Festival in 2022 and can be watched on all VOD platforms. Tony is also the founder and executive director of BraveMaker, a San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit film organization dedicated to brave storytelling and elevating makers from underrepresented communities. BraveMaker produces up to eight short films a year through its production company and acting academy. They host an annual film fest every July in Redwood City, California with panel discussions on all sorts of filmmaking crafts to inspire makers to make.
