BRANDON SHORES is a first-gen Filipino-American writer from the SF Bay Area.  He writes in the realm of half-hour-ish dramedies with deep emotions and comedic characters, and often delves into child-parent relationships, as it's a cheaper alternative to paying for a therapist. He also tackles topics like self-hate, identity, and mental health. Growing from Writers' PA, he currently serves as Showrunner/EP's Assistant for Monarch: Legacy of Monsters on Apple TV+.
