BIO 


CHRISTOPHER SWEENY'’s scripts regularly place in internationally recognized screenwriting contests (Austin Film Festival, Shore Scripts, Cinequest, WeScreenplay and Screencraft) He co-created the digital comedy series La Junta, Sherlock@Home, and Women Are From Mars. His TV series, Parental Advisory, (Finalist, NSI Totally TV program) had a related bravoFACT short film produced. He has written for the TV true crime docu-dramas, If I Should Die and Fear Thy Neighbor. 


Christopher has written, directed and co-produced the podcast pilots for Talking Time and Scary AF Campfire Stories. Scary AF was a Second Rounder in the Austin Film Festival. The scripted podcast, Spector and Spectre, which he cowrote with Kimberley Ann Sparks, was a Semi-Finalist in the Roadmap Writers Podcast Competition. His most recent scripted podcast, Bedtime Songs, was a Second Rounder in the Austin Film Festival. Bedtime Songs has been developed as an animated series and will be shopped at Kidscreen 2025. He teaches screenwriting at Seneca Polytechnic.
