DREW MCLNTURFF is originally from Washington, D.C. Raised by two political operatives in love, he learned from an early age everything in life is negotiable. An extra cookie for dessert, a later bedtime, or an R rated comedy, a convincing argument was always being made. Drew spent his youth wandering the aisles of Blockbuster looking for a way to trick his parents into renting more seasons of Family Guy. It was hard to find other kids who enjoyed his sense of humor, apparently they weren't watching Wayne's World and Airplane each weekend like he was. Drew likes to focus on characters that could be described as misunderstood assholes or lovable losers and tries not to think about why he can relate to them so well. His scripts usually center on stories of second chances and redemption while attempting to make even the most painful moments in a character's life hilarious. Graduating from Florida State University's MFA Writing Program in 2022 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue screenwriting full time.
