BIO
KEVIN JOHNSON is a Dartmouth graduate, animation writer, and post-production/digital media specialist. He has over twenty years of experience with all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, compositing, trafficking, and archiving - but equally enough experience watching animated shows and writing animation scripts. He was a fan of cartoons at an early age, watching them with his late father, and worked hard to have a sizable portfolio of original and spec scripts, some of which you can see at his website: https://www.kevinjohnsonstuff.com.
His dream is to be staffed on and/or showrun an animated show. He has freelanced for two professionally aired shows, was a 2023 Fred Rogers Production Writing Fellow, a finalist for the 2022 Sesame Street Writer's Program, and even worked at The AVClub and Den of Geek. He is available for any and all freelance work, whether for a TV show or a production house.
