BIO 

MIKE MAEZ-COTE is part Mescalero Apache, part Chicano, who grew up and went to school in New Mexico. Mike began his writing career at 16 writing for the local TV news and has held jobs in the TV, newspaper, Internet, radio and motion picture industries. He fell in love with animation at a young age, watching way too many Bugs Bunny and Foghorn Leghorn cartoons and hopes someday to write for those characters. Mike currently works for Los Alamos National Laboratory writing and disseminating safety and health information. He enjoys karaoke, sports and traveling.
