You know what's really exciting about writing? Creating worlds and stories and characters that take us somewhere else for a while and make us feel for them. You know what's not awesome about writing? Trying to build a sustainable business plan and dealing with all the other aspects that go into having a long and successful career.
Okay, maybe that depends on the person, but a lot of creatives don't have the tools to approach the writing like a business, which it very much is.
But don't worry! Cory Thompson is here to answer your questions and give you the tools to navigate the business waters of the entertainment industry.
This 60 Minute Webinar Will Cover:
- The screenwriters' career trajectory
- Working with producers
Networking and building relationships
