The exec of your choice will read either the first 25 pages of 4 scripts, 33 pages of 3 scripts, or the first 50 pages of 2 scripts. You'll also submit a one-pager of loglines (to include Title, Format, Genre, and Comps with each logline) for their review. Then you'll have a one-hour call with the exec to get their notes and feedback on your portfolio as a whole, as well as receive marketing and career advice. Be prepared to ask guiding questions!

Keep it clean, simple, and sharp. What's the hook and why are you the person to tell this specific story?
I am particularly interested in writers with a sense of humor. Whether I'm looking at a screenplay, a pilot, a book of essays, or an animated short, I gravitate towards writers who have a love of language and unique perspectives on universal experiences.
I am not interested in excessive violence and gore.
Grace has written a romcom, LOVE IN THE HAMPTONS, for Reel One Entertainment, three shorts for the animated series on DreamWorks, SPIRIT & FRIENDS, and prior to that, sold the feature, CHRISTMAS HOTEL, for Lifetime. Most recently, Grace has worked as a consultant to help doctor feature-length screeenplays and edit novels.
Along with working in TV and film, Grace also writes poetry, prose, and humorous non-fiction. Her debut book of essays, published by Wet Cement Press, will be released in Spring 2024.
After registering, you will receive instructions on how to submit your material in your order confirmation email. Please be sure to submit a one-pager of loglines and either 2 scripts (50 pages each), 3 scripts (33 pages each), or 4 scripts (25 pages each). After submitting your material, please allow 3-4 weeks to receive proposed times for scheduling your call with the exec.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a refund or Roadmap gift card if you have not yet submitted your material for review. However, once your material has been received by Roadmap, your registration cannot be canceled. Having revised material or a desire to retroactively apply a discount or gift card code are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or gift card credit. Once your material has been submitted, the only acceptable grounds for cancellation and a refund or gift card credit is an unforeseen, ongoing emergency on the part of either the writer or the exec resulting in more than 6 weeks without any scheduling update from the exec via direct contact or Roadmap, or a sudden change in the exec's ongoing availability. In the instance of an irreconcilable scheduling issue, the writer may still receive a written feedback report from the exec. In this case, the writer is not entitled to a refund or gift card credit as the exec has read the submitted material and provided written feedback in lieu of the call.
