Distinct projects that have commercial hooks and a clear audiences in mind. Big ideas in small packages are particularly attractive to me, including genre pieces that tell exciting, engaging stories with complex and relatable characters.
period dramas, giant scale original science fiction stories, and highly esoteric subjects are less interesting to me
Jay Glazer is a manager/producer at Neon Kite. He represents prominent actors, writers, and directors in film, television, and theater. Jay is originally from NYC and fell in love with quintessential New York filmmakers such as Scorsese, Lumet, and Aronofsky, fostering his film knowledge and cultivating his passion for driving creative careers. Jay studied business and film at USC and began his career at The Gersh Agency. From there, he cut his teeth in management with stints at Elevate Entertainment and ROAR before the founding of Neon Kite. In addition to representing creatives, Jay produces film - his debut feature, GET LUKE LOWE, premiered in 2020 and stars Emma McDonald. He is currently in post on thriller BODY LANGUAGE for MarVista Entertainment, starring Christina Milian and directed by Cory Miller. He has active projects with Mandalay Pictures, The Jim Henson Company, Storied Media Group, and Storyboard Entertainment.
Jay was very insightful, incredibly helpful, and very generous of his time. A "real person" who told you like it is in the industry. Seemed to have great instincts and a great handle on the market. I couldn't have been happier.

In the instance of an irreconcilable scheduling issue, the writer may still receive a written feedback report from the exec. In this case, the writer is not entitled to a refund or gift card credit as the exec has read the submitted material and provided written feedback in lieu of the call.
