What to Expect
It's important for every writer to have a solid script AND to show executives that they are collaborative and professional to work with. Limited to only 5 writers, these 2-week Rewrite Clinics are designed to give writers an opportunity to develop a solid script and collaborate with an industry professional.
The executive will read your script and meet with you one-on-one for 25 minutes. You'll receive notes from your executive, get to know them, and let them get to know you!
Then you will have a week between sessions to revise your pages and in the second roundtable, you'll have another 25-minute meeting to talk about the submitted revisions.
Joining Sessions
Rewrite Clinics meet online via virtual classroom utilizing video conferencing software ZOOM.

Characters are the main element. Who are we spending 30 minutes, one hour or two hours with? Be excited about your story. It's your creation! Make me excited. We're all creators and artists. Relax. Let's have a conversation. Ask yourself, "why out of all of the entertainment available in the world, should someone spend their time with my project?" What makes this story special?
Teen and college stories. Stories with vibrant and defined characters. Stories with BIPOC characters.
Science Fiction. Space. Western. Post-Apocalyptic. Dystopian.
