Sandy Shenkman has a focus on TV and feature development across linear and streaming platforms. Sandy previously ran the scripted series department at Engage Entertainment, a multi-faceted development focused production company specializing in series, movies and documentaries. Prior to Engage, Sandy ran the television department at Landscape Entertainment, a studio based TV and film production company. There he worked under several first look deals at studio such as Entertainment One, FBC and Studio T. Sandy was in charge of spearheading an aggressive development slate and was responsible for selling over 20 projects to networks such as HBO, HISTORY, FBC, ABC, NBC, TNT, USA, FX, WGN, LIFETIME, AMAZON, CBC and BBC ONE in the UK. Sandy developed the half-hour digital comedy pilot DOWN DOG for Amazon Studios. Earlier in his career, Sandy worked as a story editor and executive assistant at K/O Paper Products (under their deal at 20th TV Studios), Davis Entertainment (under their deal at 20th Century Fox), Seed Productions (Hugh Jackman’s production company at 20th Century Fox). He started out in the mailroom at CAA as an agent trainee.

How it Works
  • Immediately after registering, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that serves as the receipt for your registration. In the Order Summary section of this email, you will find a link reading "CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS" that will take you to instructions on how to submit your contact info or written pitch via the Material Submission Form.
  • Your material/contact submission is due as soon as you are ready, but no later than midnight PT on the Friday before your session.
  • The week before your session, you will receive an email from Zoom with the link to your session.
  • You will receive this exec's written feedback on your pitch via email within 7 to 10 business days following the session unless otherwise notified.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hrs. prior to the start of the session. Cancellations requested after this deadline will be ineligible for refunds.
